Desert Rose

Another series from Spain, “Desert Rose”.

This was shot in and around some 500 year old ruins that my Dad took Twig and I to. I just fell in love with the random door left behind in the rubble! Here we used a corset and skirt by Morua Designs. Gerry gave me a quick lesson on how to lace corsets before I packed them up to take to Spain, hope hopefully I did an OK job – it was harder than it looked to lace it nicely!

Once again I looooved shooting with the Canon 70-200mm 2.8 lens, I definitely think it is my favourite lens now, which is a bummer since it is also the heaviest. It was also a great opportunity to practise mixing flash with sunlight, something I don’t do as much of at home in London (weather being an obvious reason why!)
